One-on-one support for adults with IBS seeking symptom relief without lifelong restriction
Living with IBS can feel exhausting and confusing. Many people are told to “avoid trigger foods” without a clear plan — leaving them stuck eating fewer and fewer foods with little symptom relief.
My work focuses on structured, evidence-based IBS nutrition therapy that reduces symptoms and helps you feel confident eating again.
Who This Is For
I work with adults who:
Have been diagnosed with IBS (IBS-D, IBS-C, or IBS-M)
Experience bloating, abdominal pain, diarrhea, constipation, or urgency
Have tried eliminating foods on their own with mixed or short-lived results
Want a clear, professional plan — not guesswork or lifelong restriction
Are ready to invest in personalized, one-on-one care
This practice is intentionally low-volume and highly individualized so each client receives focused, thoughtful support.
My Approach to IBS Care
I use an evidence-based, Monash University–trained low FODMAP approach, combined with behavior-change and gut–brain education.
This is not about cutting foods forever.
It is about:
Reducing symptoms first
Identifying your specific triggers
Reintroducing foods methodically
Expanding food variety safely and confidently
What We Work On
IBS symptom assessment and pattern recognition
Low FODMAP elimination (time-limited and structured)
Guided food reintroduction and tolerance building
Eating patterns, stress, sleep, and symptom flares
Reducing fear around food and social eating
The goal is long-term symptom relief with the least restriction possible.
What Makes This Different
✔ Evidence-based (no food sensitivity tests or unnecessary supplements)
✔ Structured and time-limited
✔ Focused on outcomes, not perfection
✔ Designed to complement medical and mental health care
I do not:
Diagnose GI conditions
Replace medical care
Promote permanent food avoidance
Offer “one-size-fits-all” food lists
How We Work Together
Most clients work with me for 3–4 months through a comprehensive IBS nutrition package.
This includes:
Initial assessment
Ongoing one-on-one sessions
Guided elimination and reintroduction
Symptom tracking and education
Personalized adjustments as we learn what works for your body
Care is cash-pay and provided through scheduled appointments only, allowing for focused, high-quality support.
Referral-Friendly Care
I work closely within my scope and regularly support patients referred by:
Gastroenterologists
GI nurse practitioners and physician assistants
Psychologists and therapists
My role is to support medical and mental health treatment plans by improving symptom control, food tolerance, and quality of life.
Is This the Right Fit?
This approach works best for clients who are:
Ready for a structured process
Open to reintroducing foods
Seeking clarity rather than quick fixes
If you’re unsure whether this is the right next step, a brief consultation can help determine fit.
